"When a group of individual brains are coordinated and function in harmony, the increased energy created through that alliance becomes available to every individual brain in that group."  Napoleon Hill

What is Alliance Success Group?

Alliance Success Group is a mastermind group of like-minded, success-oriented, business owners helping each other to achieve success in their business and life goals through sharing of knowledge, information, and experiences.

Being alone at the top means just that.  While it has advantages, it can also be very isolating.  It's difficult to get objective, untainted advice from employees, vendors, or clients.  There's no one to bounce ideas off or run plans by...to warn you of potential missteps...to inform you of new and better ways of doing things.

That's where participating in a success group can be invaluable.  You meet on a bi-weekly basis with anywhere from 5 to 8 business owners, CEOs, or managing directors from a variety of businesses, carefully selected so they share no commercial or competitive relationships. It's this diversity that makes these alliances so productive.

Under the direction of a facilitator, participants share knowledge, give advice, update and report on progress, and encourage each other on to attaining their goals.  Over time, a bond of trust, openness, and alliance builds up, leading to even greater accomplishment.  Your Success Group is like having an unbiased board of directors, the same dynamic that large corporations benefit from so greatly.

What will you get from it?

  • A valuable support network for brainstorming and advice
  • Knowledgeable, educational, skill-building experiences
  • Critical insight and feedback into your business from your coach and peers
  • Work on your business, not in it.  Transition from an employee to the employer.
  • Set goals and create plans with members holding you accountable.
  • An alternative to private coaching that allows entrepreneurs to network, build contacts, and use the resources and skills of a group as opposed to one sole mentor or coach.

If you have the commitment to tackle the tough issues facing your business...if you have the humility to accept the honest assessments and advice from your likeminded peers...if you appreciate the value of the feedback and intelligence that can be gained from others outside your industry...then an Alliance Success Group may be for you.

How Does it Work?

Meetings are biweekly for 90 minutes starting at 7:30am. Because of the nature of the group a commitment is required. We want highly-motivated people who are willing to ask for -- and give --help and support and are committed to the success of the other members. You will be asked to sign a confidentiality (non-disclosure) agreement to protect the privacy of each member of the group. We limit the group to no more than 8 members.

Bonuses!  What else is included?

  • One hour of one-on-one coaching per month
  • Breakfast with champions
  • Occasional guest speakers for enhanced developmental experiences

Commitment

There is a financial commitment of $225 quarterly membership fee.  This includes all meals, speakers, and any outside materials needed.  There is also a time commitment which is not to be taken lightly. It consists of coming to the meetings bi-weekly and calling your accountability partner to ensure you follow through on your goals once a week.

Membership is not for everyone.  You have to be serious about building your business and be willing to share with and learn from other business owners.  If you would like to get involved or learn more about the groups, contact Carole by filling out the form below.

"Being involved in a mastermind group helps you see issues in a different light, through the eyes of others not directly involved. This has helped me address issues in ways I could not have faced alone, because I do not know what I do not know."

Dick Middlekauff, President
Guardian Products, Inc.

"In today's competitive environment with its rapidly changing technologies, I cannot envision running a small business without the trusted guidance and support system such as a CEO Roundtable or Mastermind Group.

The shared wisdom and knowledge of new and seasoned entrepreneurs -- often learned at the School of Hard Knocks, far surpasses anything one might learn from a textbook or seminar."

Nancy Ulrich, President
Ulrich Research Services

"The group functions as a team of experienced business advisors and confidants that collaborate to provide alternative solutions to the business challenges encountered by members of the group. Having multiple heads brainstorm an issue provides some extremely beneficial guidance. The group helps to improve my bottom line and significantly reduces my stress level."
